I'm Jaimee. I'm an Olympian, a certified coach, and a senior HR leader. I've spent close to two decades inside high-performance environments, from elite sport to corporate leadership, watching capable, brilliant leaders hesitate, overthink, and second-guess themselves in the moments that matter most.
